it started out a couple of days ago. my back muscles just burned up and ached. so i dunno how to relieve it.
googled… yoga! yep, after a few exercises, it made me sleep last night. in the middle of the night, i woke up with a lot of pain and an asthma attack. damn.
this morning, i wasnt able to work properly. i had to finish a lot of stuff, but then again, i can’t find a comfy position for my back. i met up with my hon to drive him home (after his 18-hour shift, i had to force him to go home). now, even my lower back is aching. damn! asthma, back pains, frequent headaches.. what else?
i already lost some weight (woohoo!) but i guess that’s not enough. is this because of stress again?
