just let me rant. excuse my language.
my mom and i were ordering at the take out counter when another crew member talked to the cashier. The crew member obviously was working with food because he had gloves on. Wait, were those coins she just gave to the crewmember? on a gloved hand? WTF? That’s just gross.
I asked the cashier about what happened and she just smirked. WTF?
Anyway, she got our order and gave us our number while we waited on our seats a couple of girls shared with us who also just started to wait for their food.
I asked for a manager and reported what happened. I really sounded epal. I admit, I did flunk Food Microbiology (FS 116) once but the stuff I learned are still stuck to my head. those itsy-bitsy details we neglect can be big threats to our health. The manager got back to me and she said she already talked to the crew member. I thanked her for that.
15 minutes and the girls we were seated with were beginning to be impatient for their food. At last, their food came.. lady#1 had a sandwich while the other had spaghetti. I just hope the guy who made her sandwich wasn’t the guy who got the money from the cashier. Our 1 whole chicken and a couple of drinks were still not served.
A few follow-ups were simply ignored.
40 f*ckin’ minutes since we placed our orders, the ladies finished eating. the cashier came to us… she was asking what our order was and was looking for our receipt! WTF? she didn’t give us our receipt! we reminded her of our order – 1 whole chicken, 1 coffee jelly and 1 iced choco. it was that simple!
OH GREAT! SHE THEN STARTED TO PREPARE OUR FOOD! did time suddenly stop in my watch? just my watch?
I got up and talked to the manager. She took over in preparing our food. When she handed me the food, I reminded her how incompetent their crew members are and the blame is still on her as a MANAGEr.

Mais, I swear never to it at any Kenny Roger’s again. Had the same problem with their branch in SM Morth. Waited for eternity for my sandwich. Told the manager I will NOT accept my order if Victor finishes his oder first, which by the way came 30 mins after ordering. So I demanded a refund kahit na dumating pa yung order dahil nauna na matapos si Victor. What’s the point of having lunch together if you cant eat at the same time?! The manager didn’t dare to argue with me. And gave my refund no questions asked. Good for him or my rant will be heard even in the theaters. Haha
