Final reports and test results aren’t out regarding MJ’s death but I previously posted an entry regarding his overdosage. My apologies. Now, another drug related to his death caught my attention: Xanax.

It sounded familiar to me. I took them too, of course, legally.

It’s an anti-anxiety drug and my doc called it a “muscle relaxant”. Prior to resigning from Sykes, I was so stressed I felt dizzy and sleepless for nights. Half a tablet of that before bedtime gave me sooooo good zzz’s. Since the drug was controlled, I had a special prescription paper for it. I remember writing an entry about it too.

Follow the doctor’s advice and you’ll be safe. If you abuse something, then it’s not your health or your body. It’s your mental health.

Final reports on MJ’s death aren’t out yet but news state that it’s possible that drugs may have contributed to his death.

Whatever the case is, may he rest in peace.
